How do sleep and reward affect memory ?

20 February 2018

We are investigating the role of sleep and reward in the representation of associative memories in the brain. The experiment involves four visits to the lab, divided into two blocks, separated by two weeks:
Block 1: evening visit, sleep immediately after at home, return visit two mornings later
Block 2: evening visit, stay at the lab and awake for the night, return visit two mornings later
During the evening sessions you will perform memory-based tasks. The morning sessions include fMRI scans.
